This website is exclusively aimed at business customers (B2B). We process personal data in the context of business initiations and contractual relationships.

The data processing takes place for the following purposes:

  • Provision of the website and ensuring IT security

  • Appointment booking and preparation of consultation meetings

  • Processing of payments

  • Communication by email

  • Compliance with legal retention obligations

The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of the following legal grounds of the GDPR:

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – Fulfillment of the contract and pre-contractual measures: Processing for the performance of contracts or for the handling of inquiries.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR – Legal obligation: Processing to fulfill legal obligations, in particular tax and commercial retention requirements.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – Legitimate interests: Processing based on our legitimate interests in providing a secure, efficient website and business communication.

5. Data transfer to third countries

We use services from providers that process data outside the European Union (particularly in the USA):

Stripe: Certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission according to Art. 45 GDPR.

Cal.com and Framer: The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses according to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR.

6. Retention Period and Deletion

We store your data only as long as it is necessary for the respective processing purpose or as long as there are statutory retention periods:

7. Web hosting by Framer

This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). When you visit, the following data is automatically collected in server log files:

8. Appointment booking via Cal.com

For online appointment booking, we use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA).

Processed Data:

  • Name and email address

  • Desired appointment

  • Your message/request, if applicable

  • IP address

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Fulfillment of contract or pre-contractual measures).

Cal.com is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. cal An EU representative has been appointed in accordance with Art. 27 GDPR (Contact: privacy@cal.com). cal Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

9. Payment processing via Stripe

We use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) for payment processing.

Processed data:

  • Name and billing address

  • Payment data (credit card, SEPA, etc.)

  • Email address

  • IP address

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation to issue invoices).

We do not store complete payment data. These are processed directly by Stripe. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is part of the Stripe agreement.

10. Contacting via email

When contacting us via email (martin@allinbrowser.com), the following data will be processed:

  • Your email address

  • Name (if provided)

  • Content of your message

  • Date and time

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

Retention period: The data will be stored until your request is fulfilled. In the case of a contract conclusion according to legal retention periods; without contract conclusion, a maximum of 3 years.

11. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g., session cookies for booking appointments). These cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your browser session.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical operation of the website).

Since no analysis or marketing cookies are used, no consent is required.

12. No use of analysis services

We do not use web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar services. An analysis of your usage behavior does not take place.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize a secure connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
